Connecticut Trampoline Parks
Individuals young and old enjoy bouncing, flipping and jumping on trampolines at the numerous Connecticut Trampoline Parks. These large indoor arenas feature floors that are covered with interconnected trampolines along with walls that feature angled trampoline panels. The trampolines allow participants to safely jump and perform aerial tricks that would no be possible without the aid of the trampoline. Jumpers also use the trampolines to launch themselves into large pits filled with foam blocks. Basketball enthusiasts use the trampolines to slam dunk basketballs like their NBA heroes. The game of Dodgeball is also very popular. Most trampoline centers host organized Dodgeball Leagues and Dodgeball tournaments. For those with young children special times are offered for young jumpers under 6 years of age.
Jumping on trampolines can burn up to 1,000 calories an hour making it a great fitness activity. Many of the Connecticut Trampoline Parks offer trampoline aerobic and fitness class for adults as well as children.
Trampoline parks are popular venues for Group Events and Birthday Parties. Most of the trampoline parks located in Connecticut offer special group discount party packages that include reserved jump time and private party rooms. If you would like to reserve your trampoline time ahead of time many trampoline parks offer online booking and some locations offer discounts for pre-booking online. All participants are required to have a signed waiver. Jumpers under 18 are required to have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. The required Connecticut trampoline park waiver is available online from the website of each venue.
