Iowa Trampoline Parks

The numerous Iowa Trampoline Parks and Gymnastic Centers provide a great indoor exercise and activity opportunity for all ages. The main attraction at most parks are the connected wall-to-wall in-ground trampolines. The trampoline facilities allow participants to jump, bounce and flip in a safe controlled environment. Due to their low impact, trampolines are great for aerobic exercise. Many Iowa trampoline parks offer trampoline aerobics courses taught by certified trainers. Dodgeball, trampoline basketball and foam pit jumping are also very popular activities.

Trampoline parks are popular venues for hosting Birthday Parties and other group gatherings. Most Iowa Trampoline Parks offer special party packages that include reserved jump time, private party rooms and select food offerings.

To jump at any trampoline park, you will have to sign a waiver. If you are under 18 in order to participate you will need to have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. Trampoline park waivers are available for download at most trampoline park websites. In order to save time it is recommended that jumpers complete the waiver before heading to the park of choice.
