Kentucky Trampoline Parks

The trampoline parks located throughout the state of Kentucky offer indoor recreation and activity for participants of all ages. These large facilities feature arenas with floors that are covered with a series of interconnected trampolines and walls that feature angled trampoline surfaces. Participants jump, flip, and bounce on the trampolines providing a low impact fat burning exercise that improves balance and coordination and it is fun and energizing! Some locations feature basketball hoops with trampoline launch points allowing participants to slam dunk basketballs like their sports heroes. Large pits filled with foam blocks offer jumpers the chance to perform impressive aerial tricks with the guarantee of a soft landing. Trampoline dodgeball games and dodgeball leagues are popular group activities.

Most Kentucky Trampoline Parks offer trampoline aerobic and fitness classes. Jumping on trampolines has been shown to burn up to 1,000 calories and hour and unlike jogging and running, trampoline exercises have a zero-impact stress on your joints and bodily systems. Special times reserved for very young children and children with special needs are offered at some locations.

To jump at any trampoline park you will need to sign a waiver. If you are under 18 you will need to have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. Trampoline park waivers are available from the website of each location. It is recommended that you obtain the required waiver before heading to the facility.
