The trampoline parks of Nebraska offer indoor fun and exercise for kids and adults. Additional activities include slam basketball, lazer mazes, foam jump pits and open jump times.

Group events and birthday parties are often held at the parks. Most Nebraska trampoline parks offer special group and party packages that include discounted park admission along with private party rooms and food options. Advance group reservations are recommended and some locations offer online party booking.

All jumpers are required to sign a waiver. Jumpers under 18 are required to have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Most trampoline parks have the waiver posted on their website making it convenient for you to complete the waiver before arriving at the trampoline center.
