North Carolina Trampoline Parks
The trampoline parks of North Carolina are popular destinations for children and adults looking for fun indoor activity and exercise. These large indoor facilities feature thousands of square feet of inter-connected trampolines. The trampoline panels cover the floors and angled walls creating open jump arenas, dodgeball courts, foam jumping pits, and slam dunk basketball lanes. Jumping and bouncing on the trampolines is a low impact fat burning exercise that improves balance and coordination. Due to the fitness benefit of jumping on trampolines most North Carolina trampoline parks offer trampoline aerobic fitness classes. The most popular group activity is the game of dodgeball played on special trampoline dodgeball courts. Most locations offer pick-up games as well as youth and adult dodgeball leagues.
Many of the North Carolina trampoline park locations host special sessions for young children, teens and adults. Special teen nights are popular and often include laser light shows, music and require certain age requirements. All jumpers are required to sign a waiver. Jumpers under 18 are required to have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. The waiver can be obtained from the website of each location. It is recommend to complete the waiver prior to arriving at the North Carolina trampoline park of your choice.
