South Dakota Trampoline Parks

Currently there are two Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Parks located in South Dakota. The park's are located in Fargo and Sioux Falls and offer indoor activity and exercise for participants of all ages. These large trampoline arenas allow participants to jump and performing tricks such as forward and backward flips and twists which is not only fun but is great exercise. Jumping on trampolines has been shown to burn up to 1,000 calories an hour. Both South Dakota Sky Zone locations offer trampoline aerobic fitness classes. Besides free jumping the most popular activities are trampoline dodgeball and slam dunk basketball. Birthday parties and group events are often held at the trampoline parks. Special party and group packages include discounted trampoline park access along with party room and food options. Advance reservations are recommended for all group events.

All participants at the Sky Zone South Dakota locations are required to sign a waiver. Jumpers under 18 are required to have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. The required waiver can be obtained from the Sky Zone website.
